📦 2. Physical Study Guides / Kits (If Applicable)
If your order includes a physical study guide, hardware kit, or printed BTEUP manual:

- You’ll receive a tracking ID by email or WhatsApp once the package is dispatched.

🔁 6. Return & Replacement Policy
We ensure top-quality study materials. Here are the terms for returns and replacement:
🧾 A. BTEUP Digital Notes / Products
As BTEUP digital notes are instantly accessible upon purchase, **returns or refunds are not possible** once the content is downloaded or accessed (Refer to Refund Policy).
If you receive a **corrupted, wrong, or inaccessible file**, contact us within **48 hours** — we’ll resend or replace the correct file free of cost.
📦 B. Physical Study Guides / Kits
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete physical kit or guide, you must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share unboxing photos or videos for verification.
Once approved, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost.
🚫 Returns are not accepted for:
